Nitrogen Generation

Nitrogen is useful in lots of different processes, from flying balloons to mass production of pharmaceuticals; it finds its uses in industrial processes, cooling needs and a lot more. Because of this, it is clear to see why Nitrogen generation, Nitrogen compression and storage are all very important.

Nitrogen generation works by filtering Nitrogen outside of the air, which contains 78% Nitrogen, to the point where you have a 99.999% concentration. This ensures a level of reliability in its use which is very important. It manages to do this through a membrane based technology, which only allows Nitrogen through it, with a very small margin for error.

The process of Nitrogen filtration is relatively low cost, so the process is very green friendly. Even done on an industrial scale, the efficiency doesn’t really decrease.

Nitrogen storage requires both to condense and cool so that it can be stored in a smaller space. This makes it easy to transport, as well as giving it greater applications, in cooling for instance.
